"Without ensuring trials, Azerbaijan will never repatriate former leaders," said Siranush Sahakyan, director of the Center for International and Comparative Law, in an interview with Armenian Second TV Channel, adding that the problems here are more multifaceted, the influence of political factors is more intense, and at least the absence of trials precludes their repatriation at this stage.
