On December 13, 2020, following the signing of the trilateral statement, 62 Armenian servicemen were captured from their observation posts near the villages of Khtsaberd and Hin Tagher in Nagorno-Karabakh. Initially, they were transferred to Azerbaijan, where they were charged with a range of crimes, including illegal border crossing into Azerbaijan and illegal possession of firearms. Of the 62, 3 were released before sentencing, and 9 were neither prosecuted nor brought before a court. The other 50 Armenian servicemen were tried in four groups at the Baku Court of Grave Crimes. All 62 Armenian servicemen were captured under the same circumstances but received different legal treatment.
More detailed information about the prisoners can be found in the file.

The Armenian servicemen were tried in 4 groups. The first group consisted of 14 individuals, the second and third groups of 13 each, and the fourth group of 10 individuals. The infographic provides detailed information on when and for what duration they were tried, and who presided over their trials.
