Harut Haroyan graduated from the Faculty of "Law" at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University in 2024. During his studies, he completed internships at InecoBank and at ASK-CONSULT LLC, a company providing financial and legal consulting services.
From October 23 to 25, 2024, he participated in a training program for judges on the development of international criminal law in Armenia, organized by the International Nuremberg Principles Academy and the Justice Academy of Armenia in Yerevan.
Since October 2024, he has been working at the "Center for International and Comparative Law" as a lawyer.
