Ellada Sargsyan graduated from the Faculty of Management of the French University in Armenia in 2016, then in 2018 she received a master's degree in Quality Management from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the University of Strasbourg in France. In 2023, she graduated from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University with a master’s degree in "Business Law."
She gained professional experience at the Evaluation Division of the Directorate of Internal Oversight at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, in the Continuous Improvement Division of the French National Railway Company (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer français) as a Quality Management Specialist, at the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of the Republic of Armenia as an Expert, and as an expert-analyst in the "Path of Law" NGO.
Ellada Sargsyan currently works at the "Center for International and Comparative Law" as a human rights lawyer.
